New Member of the Foundation Board and New Member of the Management Board

The Swiss Finance Institute (SFI) today announces that Adrian Nösberger, CEO of Schroder & Co Bank AG (Switzerland), will join the institute’s Foundation Board. He replaces Marco Bizzozero as representative of the Association of Foreign Banks in Switzerland. In addition, the SFI Foundation Board has decided to appoint Dr. Markus Bürgi as a new Member of the Management Board. He assumes the function of Head of Communication and Projects. Both appointments entered into force on May 3, 2017.

Adrian Nösberger is CEO of Schroder & Co Bank AG (Switzerland) and has been a Member of the Wealth Management Executive Board (London) since 2013. He has accumulated extensive management experience, including at Clariden Leu AG as a Member of the Executive Board and Head of Private Banking Switzerland (2003‒2011), Bank Julius Baer & Co AG (2001‒2003), and McKinsey & Co (1996‒2000). He holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing and Process Engineering from ETH Zurich as well as various further education qualifications, including from IMD, Lausanne. As per May 3, 2017 Adrian Nösberger will represent the Association of Foreign Banks in Switzerland on the SFI Foundation Board.
